Salary: $16.25/hour

Under limited supervision, the Provider Services Manager coordinates the delivery of Provider Services within a designated service area. This role oversees the hiring, training, supervision, and scheduling of provider staff delivering services such as: Employment Assistance, Individualized Competitive Employment/Supported Employment/Supported Employment, Community Supports/Supported Home Living Respite and Residential Services.

The Manager participates in service planning and IDT meetings, develops implementation plans, monitors service delivery and utilization, and ensures compliance with applicable funding requirements (General Revenue, HCS, TxHmL). The position may require flexible hours, direct care work, and use of a personal vehicle. Reports directly to the IDD Area Supervisor

Position requires either a High School Diploma, GED, or 3 letters of reference and the completion of a WTC competency test. Must be proficient in reading and writing. **Letters of reference must be from individuals who have no family relation to the applicant. Valid Driver's license, vehicle insurance and background check.
