Job Functions include assisting individuals in gaining needed services:
access to medical, social, vocational, educational
service plan development
coordination of services
service monitoring
advocacy
crisis resolution
engaging individuals in activities designed promote independence and increase the ability of the
individual to function in the community.
Requires flexible hours, involves extensive paperwork, and will require self-directed
performance. Travel and the use of a personal vehicle is required. Salary:$21.84
Job Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Required: Bachelor's degree in any field, or an associate's degree in a human service field, or a high school diploma/GED with 2 years experience working with people with IDD.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Must have and maintain a Valid Driver's License and driving record that is acceptable for insurability through our insurance carrier.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
Applicants must reside within 70-mile radius of duty site
