West Texas Centers is seeking a highly motivated Provider Services Manager to oversee the delivery of provider services to consumers within a designated service area.
Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling provider staff to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with applicable funding requirements, including General Revenue (GR), Home and Community-based Services (HCS), and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) programs.
Services under this role include Employment Assistance, Supported Employment, Community Supports, Respite, and Residential Services. The Coordinator will participate in Service Planning Team (SPT) and Individualized Planning meetings, develop Implementation Plans, and monitor utilization and service quality.
Salary: $16.25
Direct, supervise, and evaluate provider staff performance and training.
Conduct new hire and ongoing staff training per agency and community standards.
Maintain current knowledge of IDD program policies and best practices.
Ensure staff utilize proper training and behavior intervention techniques.
Promote positive performance and professional development among staff.
Participate in Service Planning Team (SPT) and annual IDT meetings.
Direct or perform assessments and discovery activities to develop Implementation Plans.
Develop and submit plans in compliance with Center policies.
Ensure Out-of-Home Respite Plans are developed prior to service delivery.
Monitor service delivery for compliance with applicable funding and documentation standards.
Qualifications:
Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
