Supervises clinic staff including Case Managers, MCOT's (Mobile Crisis Staff), Peer Providers and Family Partners as well as clerical and other clinic support services staff. Responsible for making case assignments to QMHP staff and for monitoring the completion of services to meet performance contract standards. Utilizes service provider profiles to monitor staff time utilization and responsible for record reviews to maintain quality assurance. Completes other administrative functions such as budget management and maintaining office supplies and functions as additional duty safety officer, as assigned. Responsible for activities directed at community development and community relations, including clinic marketing efforts. Functions as a resource for primary NEO and community based training and support. Functions as a back-up to vacant QMHP, as needed. Can voluntarily participate in on-call crisis rotation to provide 24 hour crisis coverage to the community. Duties of the position will require frequent interactions with individuals served, their families, and other service providers. Requires flexible hours, involves extensive paperwork, and will require self-directed performance. Travel and the use of a personal vehicle are required. Must have a valid Texas driver's license and a driving record that is acceptable for insurability through the Center's insurance carrier. Supervised by the Director of Behavioral Health.
