Rodney has been an integral part of our organization since its inception, and his dedication and contributions have been invaluable.

Rodney has served in many different capacities during his tenure including Deputy CEO and Director of IDD services. During his time with West Texas Centers, Rodney has demonstrated a commitment to the Center through his many achievements and initiatives he has championed. His passion for our West Texas Centers mission, vision and values is evident in everything he does.

Jessie Campbell graduated from Baylor University in 2007 with a Masters of Taxation and has since worked as a CPA in both public and private accounting. She has been with the Center since June 2014. As the Chief Financial Officer, Jessie is responsible for overseeing the accounting, billing and human resources departments.
