West Texas Centers is seeking a highly motivated Supported Education and Employment Specialist (SEES) to join our First Episode Psychosis (FEP) Team. This position provides moderately complex case management services to individuals ages 15-30 experiencing their first episode of psychosis. The SEES plays a vital role in helping participants achieve their education and employment goals while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Starting Pay: $21.84 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Provide supported education and employment services to FEP participants.

Maintain a caseload of up to 20 individuals across 23 counties; travel is required.

Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with clinical staff to meet shared treatment goals.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, employers, and educational institutions.

Assist participants in continuing, resuming, or adapting academic and vocational activities.

Conduct community outreach to build partnerships with employers and educational entities.

Complete documentation and reports using proficient writing and computer skills.

Work flexible hours to meet the needs of clients and families

Position Requirements:

Required: Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university

Must have and maintain a Valid Driver's License and driving record that is acceptable for insurability through our insurance carrier.

Must pass background check and drug screening.

Applicants must reside within 70-mile radius of duty site
