Under limited supervision will coordinate the delivery of Provider Services to Intellectually Developmental Disabled individuals within a designated service area. Is responsible for the hiring, training, ongoing supervision, and scheduling of the provider staff. Services include: Employment Assistance, Individualized Competitive Employment/Supported Employment, Community Supports/ Supported Home Living, Respite, and Residential Services for Intellectual Developmentally Disabled individuals. Will participate in Service Planning/IDT meetings, develop implementation plans, and monitor service delivery and utilization. Responsible to ensure that services are delivered in compliance with the applicable funding requirements (General Revenue, HCS, TxHML) May be required to work flexible hours and work direct care as needed. May be required to use personal vehicle to perform job duties. Will report to IDD Area Supervisor. Salary:$16.25
