200 Support Services Manager

West Texas Centers is seeking a motivated Support Services Manager to coordinate and oversee the delivery of support services to individuals within a designated service area. This position is responsible for supervising Support Services Technicians (SSTs) and ensuring services are delivered effectively, safely, and in compliance with program and funding requirements.

The Support Services Manager will participate in service planning, develop action plans, monitor service utilization, and ensure compliance with applicable funding sources including General Revenue, HCS, TxHmL, and WTC guidelines.

Salary: $16.25

Key Responsibilities

Staff Supervision & Program Management

  • Hire, train, supervise, and schedule Support Services Technicians (SSTs).

  • Ensure SSTs perform duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate daily operations and delivery of support services within the designated service area.

  • Ensure staff schedules meet required staffing patterns and service delivery expectations.

  • Provide coverage for direct care duties when necessary.

Service Planning & Consumer Support

  • Participate in Service Planning and Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings.

  • Develop and monitor Action Plans and service plans.

  • Ensure services are delivered as authorized and documented appropriately.

  • Attend planning meetings for individuals receiving residential support services.

Financial Oversight

  • Manage financial responsibilities for individuals who have selected WTC as payee.

  • Ensure accurate monitoring of consumer funds, petty cash, and checkbook ledgers.

  • Ensure quarterly financial statements are provided to consumers or legal authorized representatives.

Quality & Compliance

  • Monitor service delivery for compliance with applicable funding requirements (General Revenue, HCS, TxHmL).

  • Conduct routine audits and quality reviews of records and services.

  • Ensure documentation is accurate and completed within required timeframes.

    Job Qualifications:

    Position requires either a High School Diploma, GED, or 3 letters of reference and the

    completion of a WTC competency test. Must be proficient in reading and writing.

    **Letters of reference must be from individuals who have no family relation to the applicant.

    Valid Driver's license and background check.
