Will provide HCS Residential Services to individuals with Intellectually Developmentally
Disabled individuals in a residential 3 bed or 4 bed home. Services will be provided within the
community and in the person's home. Responsibilities include providing training, supervision,
and/or support in the areas of self-help, independent living, community participation and
involvement, social and peer development, financial management, and health maintenance in
accordance with HCS standards. Staff may share responsibilities with other staff or may work
independently of other staff to provide daily supervision, care, and training of individuals in their
care. Required to work flexible hours and may be required to work rotating shifts. Will be
supervised by the Residential Support Manager. Salary:$15.72
Performs entry-level custodial work. Work involves cleaning and caring for designated buildings and premises. Maintains specified custodial equipment. Works under close supervision of assigned staff. Salary: $15.00
1. Performs custodial functions.

West Texas Centers is searching for a highly motivated individual to be part of the team as a Counselor/LPHA. Candidate must be licensed by the state of Texas as an LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LCSW-A, LMFT or licensed psychologist. Depending upon assignment, the employee may solely provide intake duties, solely provide counseling duties or a combination of intake counseling duties. The employee may perform eligibility determinations for new and returning clients. May provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to an individual, group, or family, as authorized by the Utilization Management Department as designated in client's treatment plan. Services will be provided to adults, children & adolescents. Will participate on Crisis Consult Rotation by phone, providing support to Crisis Duty Staff & authorizing options for interventions. Will participate as a vital member of the treatment team, participating in meetings and communicating with other specialists to promote the client's progress toward the team's joint clinical goal(s). Will make recommendations regarding counseling services. Duties of the position will require routine interactions with individuals with mental illness and their families, and other service providers. Travel may be necessary.
Requires flexible hours, involves extensive paperwork, and will require self-directed
performance.
Position Requirements:
LPHA or licensed practitioner of the healing arts--A staff member who is:- a licensed professional counselor (LPC);- a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW);- a psychologist;- a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT).
Must have and maintain a Valid Drivers License and driving record that is acceptable for insurability through our insurance carrier.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
